I I I I I I I I CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA #95-20 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Ramsey will hold a public heating on Tuesday, February 13, 1996 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, MN. The purpose of the hearing is to consider Improvement Project g95-20 (bituminous paving of 151st Avenue, 152nd Avenue, 152nd Avenue and Fluorine Street west of T.H. g47 in Section 24) pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.11 and Chapter 4 of the Ramsey City Code. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement is the property abutting the above described streets. The estimated total cost of the above described project is $87,261. The estimated average cost of such improvement to each unit is $3,966. This cost will be assessed over ten (10) years at two percent above the prime interest rate. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the proposed improvement project. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans With Disabilities Act and upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available. Any person with such a request should contact City Engineer Steven Jankowski at 427-1410 by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 8, 1996. Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey City Council, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, MN 55303.
