I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br /> <br />On February 27, 1996, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Johnson <br />Holdings, Inc., :("Permittee") to construct a 2,500 square foot bank facility ("Structure") on the <br />property which is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />(INSERT LEGAL DESCRIPTION HERE) <br /> <br />the ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to §9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval are <br />as follows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered <br />engineer or architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structure shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on the Site <br />as shown on the Site Plan submitted by the Permittee, which Site Plan was prepared by <br />KKE Architects, Inc. and consists of one (1) sheet dated January 16, 1996. <br /> <br />REQUI~RED IMPROVEMENTS. The Penmittee shall construct and install the <br />following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location <br />as shown on the Site Plan and Landscape Plan. The Required Improvements are as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Bituminous driveways, off-street parking and maneuvering areas <br />Concrete curbing curbing around the perimeter of all bituminous surfaces <br />Site grading <br />Sod and seed <br />Establishment of plantings/n accordance with the Landscape Plan prepared by <br />Markell Laberee Design Group dated January 15, 1996 <br />Fire lanes <br /> <br />The ("Required Improvements)". <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these <br />items on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />LIGHTING. Any lighting installed on the structure or in the parking lot is subject to the <br />prior approval of the City Engineer and shall be designed so as to deflect light away from <br />Sunfish Lake Boulevard and McKinley Street Northwest. <br /> <br />BUILDING FACADE. The Permittee agrees to construct all building faces of the same <br />material as listed on the Building Elevations prepared by ICKE Architects, Inc. and dated <br />January 16, I996. <br /> <br /> <br />
