Thc residential <br />charge would I~ collected upon platting, while thc commercial trunk charges collected at thc time a <br />building permit is issued. <br /> <br />Thc City Council may also wish to follow thc process utilized in Prior Lake and Savage and <br />require a trunk fcc on each building permit.
