Project Role Registration Education Work Experience Project Experience Associations PROJECT ENGINEER Professional Engineer, Minnesota BSCE, Iowa State University MSA, Consulting Engineers: Serves as City Engineer for Cities of Afton, Wyoming, East Bethel, and Birchwood, as well as assisting in many other client communities. His experience includes design, administration, and insp.ection of all types of public works projects. He has also written numerous reports and feasibility studies for various clients. Design and construction administration of street and utility projects in Arden Hills, Elk River, Alton, Becker, Lexington, Mahtomedi, North Branch, Rockford, and Wyoming, Minnesota. Design and administration of Municipal State Aid projects in Arden Hills, East Bethel, Elk River, and Mahtomedi, Minnesota. Preparation of 75+ feasibility studies for street and utility improvement projects. Preparation of assessment manuals, assessment rolls, and numerous cost estimates. Extensive experience representing projects at City Council meetings, public hearings, and informational meetings. Thoroughly familiar with permitting procedures required by Iocal, state, and federal agencies, including ISTEA projects. Developed pavement management program for street maintenance and rehabilitation. Project Engineer for federally funded bridge replacement project in Elk River. Coordinated maintenance activities of local levee systems in accordance with USACE flood control system requirements. Member of American Society of Civil Engineers.
