I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />,I <br />'1 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />:1 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission reconvened a public hearing on Tuesday, January 2, i996 at <br />the Ramsey Manicipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota to hear <br />additional input regarding a proposed amendment to Chapter 9 of City Code to Amend Platting <br />Process. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson David Bawden <br />Commissioner Ben Deemer <br />Commissioner Paul Holland <br />Commissioner Charles LaDue <br />Commissioner Michael Terry <br />Commissioner Bradley Thomd <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden called the public hearing back to order at 8:01 p.m. <br /> <br />RECESS <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Holland to recess the public <br />hearing until a legal opinion is received from City Attorney Goodrich. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Commissioner Deemer expressed concerned that not all the language in this <br />section of the City Code has received due process prior to its implementation into the Code. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Holland, LaDue, <br />Terry, and Thorud. Voting No: None.
