O'Cormell presented the Full Time Producers written monthly reports
and noted that in Community Programing, Robb Tronson is planning
~o increase the production of "Quad Cities Community News" from
twice a month to weekly. He now has a good core of part time
producers working on the program. QCTV coverage of Senator
Wellstone's day-long visit to the area was handled by utilizing both the
mobile van and hand held cameras.

O'Connetl reported that Kevin Scattum is very pleased with the
current Associate Producers he has working with him on government
programs. Their schedules permit them to not only provide meeting
coverage, but also allows them to work on "municipal features" for
other city programs. O'Connell further pointed out that the Personnel
and budget committees will have to discuss the fact that Champlin has
hired its Government Programer at $8.50 per hour which is $2.00 more
than QCTV's wage and $1.00 more than QCTV's senior Associate
Producer Jean Stauffer.

In Sports programming Bruce Chaffee reported that he continues to
cover one game per week, either boy's or girl's basketball, and one
hockey game per week. Although recent weather conditions have
cause havoc on scheduling. If school is cancelled so are the games,
several contests in all sports have had to be rescheduled.

OLD BUSINESS - 4

None

ATTORNEY'S REPORT- 5 None

ADJOURNMENT - 6

Motion was made by Schroeder, seconded by Peterson, TO ADJOURN

THE MEETING.

7 ayes - 0 nays.
