Different widths may be required, depending upon anticipated traffic volume, planned functions of street, and character of abutting land use. The classification of street and determined right-of-way width shall be determined by the Comprehensive Plan. SECTION 2. REPEAL The following is hereby repealed: Section 9.20.32 (Agriculture). SECTION 3. ORDINANCE SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION The following is the official summary of Ordinance/t96-~, which has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance: Section 9.11.01, subd.8; Section 9.20.11, subd. 3; Section 9.20.12, subd. 3; Section 9.20.13, subd. 3; Section 9.20.14, sub& 3; Section 9.20.15, subd. 3; Section 9.20.21, subd. 5; Section 9.20.22, subd. 5; Section 9.20.23, subd. 5, Section 9.20.24, sub& 5; and Section 9.20.25, subd. 5; and Section 9.20.26, subd. 5 are amended to reduce the structure setback from thoroughfares to 60 feet from road centerline plus the local applicable setback. Section 9.20.32 (Agriculture District) is repealed. Section 9.50.33 is amended to clarify major and minor arterials, collectors and minor rural and minor urban streets. SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this Ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
