I have made changes in paragraphs 2 through 7.
The main purpose of the changes is to specify that AEC and/or
the City of Ramsey will create a platted lot out of Parcels A
and B that will be sufficient to support a building of
anywhere between 5,000 square feet and 10,000 square feet (or
larger in the discretion of AEC and/or City of Ramsey). The
idea is that 'if a user cannot be found for a building in that
size range, AEC and/or City of Ramsey will want to combine the
lot with additional land to the West, which will mean the City
of Anoka should move its power line.

An Exhibit D has been added to show the locations of the power
line route as originally planned and as relocated. Changes
have been made in paragraphs 6 and 7 to specify that each
party will only pay for costs of acitivities actually
undertaken by it. For example, the City of Anoka will be
responsible for any costs it incurs in assisting the marketing
efforts.

I did not make any changes in paragraph 8. The concept is
this: If the lot is not marketed by December 31, 1999, uhen
the City of Anoka will be obligated to relocate its power
line; if Anoka fails to do so and AEC and/or the City of
Ramsey want to force Anoka to do so, they will have to
commence a court action within 12 months after December 31,
1999. I assume the City of Anoka would live up to its
