These are a <br />Water Ava/lability Charge (W.A.C.) of $1,250 to defray the depreciation costs of the <br />municipal water system, and a Sewer Availability Charge (S.A.C.) of $950 to finance the <br />installation of major interceptor sewers which service the Metropolitan Area.
