Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #96-03- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO FOX KNOLL 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, Residential Development, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: All that part of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, lying west of the West line of the duly recorded plat of FOX KNOLL, said County; lying easterly of the Easterly line of the duly recorded plat of ANOKA COUNTY HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY PLAT NO. 1, said County; and lying southerly of the Southerly line of the right-of-way of 153rd Avenue N.W. AND: Outlot C, said Fox Knoll hereinafter referred to as "Subject Property". AND WHEREAS, on December 5, 1995, the Ramsey Planning Commission approved the sketch plan for Fox Knoll 2nd Addition; and WHEREAS, on January 11, 1996, the Park and Recreation Commission met and determined that park dedication shall consist of a combination of trail development and cash; and WHEREAS, on February 6, 1996, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and recommended preliminary plat approval; and WHEREAS, on February 27, 1996, the City Council granted preliminary plat approval to the Subject Property. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Fox Knoll 2nd Addition in accordance with relevnat City Codes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember __ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: RESOLUTION #96-03-XXX Page 1 of 2
