The plat consists of approximately 22 <br />acres located west of T.H. #47 and south of 153rd Avenue N.W. A majority of the property is <br />zoned B -1 Business and rezoning a portion of it to residential is required to accommodate the 40 <br />single family rgsidential lots proposed.
