The west 466.00 feet of that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, thence East on the north line thereof for a distance of 870 feet to the Westerly line of Public Road now known as State Highway No. 47; thence South 25 degrees East along the said Westerly line of said Public Highway for a distance of 165.50 feet; thence West and parallel with the said north line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter for a distance of 939.9 feet to the west line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, thence North for a distance of 150 feet to the point of beginning.
