Members Present Mayor Glen Hardin Councilmember Sheila Beyer Councilmember Kenneth Peterson Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman Vice-Chairperson Todd Cook Commissioner Beth Asfahl Commissioner Jill Johns Commissioner Tom LaMere Commissioner Steve Ostmm Commissioner Michael Sldnner Also Present: Ryan Schroeder, City Administrator Mark Boos, Parks/Utilities Supervisor CALL TO ORDER Vice-Chair Cook called the joint meeting of the Park and Recreation Commission/City Council meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. CITIZEN INPUT None APPROVE AGENDA Vice-Chair Cook requested the following amendment to the agenda: Discuss Case gl: Meeting with Minnesota Sl~orts Federation, then have Commission Input and close out the regular portion of the Park and R~'reation Commission meeting. He offered to then relinquish his comxol of the meeting/joint workshop over to Mayor Hardin. Motion by Comrrdssioner Ostmm and seconded by Commissioner LaMere to approve the agenda as amended. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Vice-Chair Cook, Commissioners Ostmm, LaMere, Asfahl, Johns and Skinner. Voting No: None. Absent: None.
