Tribune recently published figures showing that the crime rate in the inner <br />suburbs had dropped while the rates in the outer ring suburbs has increased. The <br />above figures would need much more intense scrutiny before any conclusions could <br />be drawn and even then I am not too sure that the conclusions would be particularly <br />valid.
