I I I I I I I I I I '1 I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g96-04- RESOLUTION, ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g96-08 (SEALCOAT AND CRACK FILL WOODLAND GREEN ADDITION) WHEREAS, City Council adopted Resolution g96-01-019 on January 23, 1996, fixing a date for a Council public hearing on the proposed improvement of sealcoating and crack filling Woodland Green Addition (Project #96-08); and WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the hoaring was held on February 13, 1996 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) 2) OF THE CITY Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed on January 23, 1996. City Engineer Steven Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember ~ __ and upon ivote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 23rd day of April, 1996.
