I I I I I I I I I 1 I I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ~96-04- RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #96-11 (SEALCOAT AND CRACK FILL THE SW QUARTER OF SECTION 22: PELTZER ADDITION, BEAUDRY'S 2ND ADDITION, AND UNPLATTED AREAS) WHEREAS, City Council adopted Resolution ~96-01-022 on January 23, 1996, fzxing a date for a Council public hearing on the proposed improvement of sealcoating and crack filling the SW Quarter of Section 22: Peltzer Addition, Beaudry's 2nd Addition, and unplatted areas (Project ~)6-11); and WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held on February 13, 1996 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed on January 23, 1996. 2) City Engineer Steven Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember __ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 23rd day of April, 1996.
