:1 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION g96-04- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION' ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #96-15 (SEALCOAT <br />AND CRACK FILL 161ST AVENUE WEST OF ARMSTRONG BOULEVARD) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ City Council adopted Resolution g96-01-026 on January 23, 1996, fixing a <br />date for a Council public hearing on the proposed improvement of sealcoating and crack filling <br />161st Avenue west of Armstrong Boulevard (Project t~96-15); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the hearing was held on February 13, 1996 at which time ail persons desiring to be <br />heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed on January 23, 1996. <br /> <br />2) City Engineer Steven Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. <br /> He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />__ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 23rd day of April, 1996. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
