City of Ramsey <br /> <br />15153 NOWTHEN BOULEVARD N.W., RAMSEY, MINNESOTA 55303 <br /> <br />PHONE (612) 427-1410 FAX (612) 427-5543 <br /> TDD (612) 427-8591 <br /> <br />April 17, 1996 <br /> <br />City of Ramsey City Council <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. <br />Ramsey, Mn 55303 <br /> <br />Re: Final Plat Review; Business Park 95 2nd Addition <br /> <br />City Council Members: <br /> <br />Hakanson Anderson has been engaged by the City of Ramsey to prepare a final plat <br />to subdivide recently acquired property in the Industrial Distr/ct into industrial lots <br />and outlots for furore development We offer the following comments: <br /> <br />General: The proposed plat is in the Industrial District and consists of <br />approximately 65.5 acres to be subdivided into 6 lots and 5 oudots. <br /> <br />Lot Sizes and Dimensions: With the construction of McKinley Street, all of <br />the lots except Lot 2, Block 2, will have the minimum amount of frontage <br />on a public road. All of the lots meet the 1 acre minimum lot size <br />requirement. Lot 2, Block 2 will be granted a perpetual easement for access <br />to Uranium Su'eet N.W. <br /> <br />Streets: The lots will receive public access from McKinley Street N.W., <br />Uranium Street N.W. or Industry Avenue.
