Anoka County Highway warnings: <br /> <br />There should be cautionary signing along Armstrong Blvd. both North and South of <br />161 st. Ave., with County approval. Examples would be: <br /> <br />Traffic Control Ahead <br />Caution-Flagman Ahead <br />Other cautionary warnings the County may want. <br /> <br />Sign Sources for above: County Highway (OF personnel arrange) <br /> Private company- Warning Lites Inc., etc. <br /> <br />As to the posting of advertisement for private parking lots, we should perhaps solicit from <br />the County their comments on posting of competitive signs along the right-of-way by <br />private persons. <br /> <br />DOGS <br /> <br />Either the City or the Game Fair people should erect signs in various spots leading from <br />the parking areas to the Fair proper that show city regulation of dogs. A recommended <br />sign would be: <br /> <br /> NOTICE: ALL DOGS <br /> MUST BE ON CHAIN <br /> OR LEASH. Watch for parking problems, vehicle <br />security and respond to emergencies and Game Fair calls <br />for service as back-up for regular call car. Also to do <br />traffic control at intersections. <br /> <br />I have talked with the MN State Patrol and they charge for trooper services when doing <br />traffic direction due to a need created by an event such as the Game Fair.
