A~option Of Ordinance #85-2 Reg_arding Environmental Protection: <br /> <br /> Motion by Councilm~nber Cox and seconded by Mayor Heitman to dispense with the <br /> reading of Ordinance 985-2. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilm~mbers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilm~nker COx and seconded by Councilm~mber Sorteberg to adopt <br />Ordinance 985-2 amending Cha~ter 170.01 of the City Code to establish <br />environmental protection regulations. Further, that page 22 of the ordinance <br />be amended to require a 4' bike lane rather than a 6' bike lane. (Please refer <br />to ordinance file for Ordinance 985-2). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmamber Cox stated that the State mandates policies <br />regarding development along the river, to the objection of people living there. <br />Councilm~nber COx stated that the developer has to provide the bike trail <br />right-of-way and pave it; if asked to, the people wouldn't pay for it but they <br />sure want to use it. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilma~bers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />and Reimann. Voting No: Councilm~nber Schlueter. <br /> <br />E. Adoption Of Ordinance 985-7 Regarding Fees Pertaining To Bowling Alleys: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilm~ber COx and seconded by Mayor Heitman to dispense with the <br />reading of Ordinance 985-7. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmambers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilma~ber Cox and seconded by Mayor Heitman to adopt Ordinance <br />#85-7 amending Chapter 130.01 of the City Code regarding bowling alley fees. <br />(Please refer to ordinance file for Ordinance 985-7). <br /> <br />Motion carried.
