Listul Building Project: The City has tentatively entered into an agreement for the <br />development of a new 20,000 square foot facility on the property located along the north <br />side of the railroad tracks along Sunfish Lake Boulevard NW (Greenberg property). This <br />facility is scheduled for a summer of 1996 occupancy. This will allow for the availability <br />of the current Listul building on Industry Avenue NW. <br /> <br />1996 Game Fair: The Commission was reminded about the Game Fair in August, and <br />the need to staff the booth during the event. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Roff and seconded by Commissioner Kent to adjourn the meeting of the <br />Economic Development Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
