COMMISSION INPUT 1) Quarterly Joint Meeting with City Council Zoning Administrator Frolik told the Planning Commission that the regularly scheduled joint meeting with the City Council was canceled for this month, and due to the Board of Adjustment meeting being held the same night as the Planning Commission's March meeting, she inquired as to when the Planning Commission would like the joint meeting scheduled. Consensus of the Planning Commission was to schedule the joint meeting with the City Council to proceed the Planning Commission's April meeting. The joint meetings should then be scheduled on a quarterly basis from that point on. 2) Board of Adjustment Meeting Discussion ensued regarding changing the regular meeting night of the Board of Adjustment to coincide with the regular meeting of the Planning Commission. This will be discussed again at the next Board of Adjustment Meeting. Commissioner Thomd requested that when a meeting's regular time is changed that it be highlighted on the agenda so that it will be recognized immediately. 3) Planning Seminars Commissioners Deemer and Holland indicated they would like to attend the seminar "Beyond the Basics" to be held in St. Cloud on March 7, and directed Staff to register them. Commissioner Thorud stated he would get back to Staff if his schedule would allow him to attend. Commissioner Bawden stated he would be interested in hearing about other planning seminars held locally. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Thorud to adjourn the meeting. Motion carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners LaDue, Thorud, Deemer, Holland, and Terry. Voting No: None.
