I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> AWARD CONTRACT FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ~t96-16 <br /> (SANITARY SEWER, WATERMAIN, STORM SEWER, AND <br /> STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR FOX KNOLL 2ND ADDITION <br /> By: Steve Jankowski, City Engineer <br />Background: <br /> <br />CASE <br /> <br />Improvement Project ~/96-16 involves the extension of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, <br />trail and street improvements to service the Fox Knoll 2nd Addition. Plans were accepted and bids <br />were authorized a~the April 9, 1996 meeting. Bids were opened on Friday, May 3, 1996. There <br />was a considerable amount of interest in the project as sixteen bids were received. The low ~dder is Kadlec Construction of Mora, Minnesota. Project Engineer John <br />Bertelson has indicated concerns about this contractor's ability to perform the work.
