City Staff notified parcels within 450 feet of the subject <br />property. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The subject lots ~ zoned B-1 Business and have been zoned for commercial uses since the <br />1970's. No comm~ial development has occurred on the property but Ms. Moroz has received an <br />offer for purchase of Lot 7 for development with a single family home. <br /> <br />The property is surc. ounded by parcels that are zoned R-1 Rural Residential. <br /> <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br /> a) Site location map <br /> b) Bulling elevation for home proposed to be located on Lot 7 <br /> c) PropOsed findings of fact <br /> d) Proisosed ordinance <br /> <br />The Planning Commi~'ssion conducted a public hearing on May 7, 1996, and there were no verbal <br />or written comments submitted regarding the application. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission and City Staff recommend approval of the proposed rezoning <br />contingent upon the parcels being developed with accesses onto W'fllemite Street N.W. versus <br />173rd Avenue N.W. ~r Variolite Street N.W. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br /> Motion to: ~.~/'~ ~ <br /> Adopt Resolution g96-05-._~ adopting Findings of Fact relating to a request <br /> from Ann Mi~roz to rezone certain property from B-1 Business to R-1 Rural Residential. <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Approve/deny the application and introduce Ordinance g06-__ to rezone Lots 6 and 7, <br />Block 1, Golden Eagle Estates, to R-1 Rural Residential Contingent upon development <br />with accesses onto Willemite Street N.W. <br /> <br />CC: 5/14/96 <br /> <br /> <br />
