Ramsey's Housing Goals Agreement with the Metropolitan Council was <br />adopted by City Council Resolution on December 12, 1995. Through the Metropolitan <br />Livable Conmaunifies Act, participating communities were required to adopt housing <br />agreements and establish action plans for their local housing activities. <br /> <br />This documont focuses on the development and/or preservation of affordable and life-cycle <br />housing opportunities in the City of Ramsey. The time frame of the Action Plan covers the <br />period betwaen 1996 to the year 2010. It is the City's intent to periodically revisit the goals <br />and monitor ,the implementation progress. <br /> <br /> <br />
