I I I I I I I I I I I I I I i I I Councilmember RESOLUTION FOR IMPROV introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #96-05- APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT TO BONINE EXCAVATING gMENT PROJECT #95-17 (SANITARY SEWER, WATERMAIN, STORM SEWER AND STREET CONSTRUCTION FOR THE RIVERS BEND 4TH ADDITION) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #95-06-128 approving this project on June 27, 1995; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Bonine Excavating for the sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and street construction of Rivers Bend 4th Addition (Improvement Project g95-17); and WHEREAS, City Engineer Steve Jankowski has inspected and recommends partial payment to Bonine Excavating in the amount of $9,523.96. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, -ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Bonine Excavating for the sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and street construction of Rivers Bend 4th Addition (Improvement Project #95-17) in the amount of $9,523.96. 2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. 3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of May, 1996. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of May, 1996.
