Case #4: Request for Conditional Use Permit for <br /> Case of Patrick McLafferty <br /> <br />a Group roste ; <br /> <br />Refer to the public hearing minutes for information regarding the review of the Findings of Fact <br />and terms of the permit. <br /> <br />Motion by Commission.er Holland and seconded by Commissioner Terry to recommend that City <br />Council approve Patrick McLafferty's request for a conditional use permit and adopt the resolution <br />declaring terms of same, as amended. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Commissioner Thorud disagreed with some of the Findings of Fact and some <br />of the terms. Chairperson Deemer stated he felt ali group homes and daycareg should be required <br />to have occupation permits. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Commissioners Holland, Terry, Jensen, and LaDue. Voting No: <br />Chairperson Deemer and Commissioner Thorud.
