Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Beahen and Beyer. Voting <br />No: None. <br /> <br />Case #4: Request of Linda Mayer to be Removed from Minute Taking <br /> <br />Finance OfficerHart stated that at the November 14, 1995 Personnel Committee meeting, <br />Linda Mayer, Accounting Clerk, requested that one of her job duties be eliminated and <br />shifted to Adrninistmtive Services. We are asking the Personnel Committee not to make <br />changes at this time relative to h~r request as there may be some options available in 1996. <br />We have additional clerical time funded, maybe we could shift some things around. <br /> <br />Councilmember Beyer felt that could be a resolution to this and asked if a time limit could <br />be set. <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder stated that we are not certain how we will ask for the <br />allocation of hours, etc. <br /> <br />Ms. Hart reported that if this position is approved, staff would come to the City Council <br />with a recommendation on hours, etc. <br /> <br />Councilmember Beyer asked that this subject be discussed again at the January meeting and <br />that there be a time limit set for action on the request. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Mayor Hardin to direct staff to bring <br />this issue back -to the Personnel Committee for discussion in January. <br /> <br />Motion carded; Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Beahen and Beyer. Voting <br />No: None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carded.
