The public hearing Closed at 7:20 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin called the regular portion of the City Council meeting back to order at 7:20 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Council~ember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to approve the <br />SuperAmerica off-Sale non-intoxicating malt liquor license application. <br /> <br />Motion carried. V~oting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Beahen, Beyer and <br />Zimmerman. Votir~g No: None. <br /> <br />Case #2: Application for Off-Sale Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor License by <br /> Oa.qis Market <br /> <br />Police Chief Auspgs stated that application has been made for an off-sale, non-intoxicating malt <br />liquor license by Oasis Market at 14550 Armstrong Boulevard NW and at 14001 St. Francis <br />Boulevard NW. U~on investigation, he found no cause for denial. <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:20 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin callad the public hearing to order at 7:20 p.m. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to close the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
