I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 26, 1996, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Glen Hardin <br />Councilmember Carolyn Beahen <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br />Finance Officer Jessie Hart <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin called the regular portion of the City Council meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. and led <br />in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich announced that the last case, entitled Closed Meeting - Attorney Client to <br />Discuss Litigation, is to discuss the following: McLafferty versus the City of Ramsey and Figge <br />Trust versus the Cqty of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Motion by Counci!member Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Peterson, Beahen and <br />Beyer. Voting NO: None.
