It will be assumed that existing count data and data <br /> from previous studies cannot be used to assess existing <br /> traffic volumes at the key intersections within the study <br /> area for design purposes. Complete new traffic counts at <br /> the two key intersections within the study area. <br /> <br />2, COmplete study area traffic forecasts/projections and 8 hours <br /> develop design peak hour and daily traffic movements. <br /> <br />3. Analyze current traffic operations within the study area, 16 hours <br /> Analyze the capability of existing and proposed street <br /> intersections and roadway system to accommodate the <br /> forecast traffic in peak hour periods, Review the traffic <br /> analysis against the previous studies, conclusions and the <br /> city's transportation plan. <br /> <br /> <br />
