31, 1999. <br /> 7. <br /> <br />Term. This agreement shall run through December <br /> <br />Geographical Area Served/Notice. The water <br /> <br />supplied by Anoka to Ramsey pursuant to this agreement shall <br />serve the geographical area in Ramsey indicated in Exhibit <br />B. Ramsey shall promptly notify the City of Anoka of any <br />plans by Ramsey to construct additional municipal water <br />system capacity.
