Your coudesy in sending this to us in advance helps us greatly in being prepared for the meeting. I would like to comment on the following items: We will be requesting that we be able to eliminate the B612 curb around the outside storage area due to the fact that this is also the building expansion area. In a few short years we may be required to destroy oil of these improvements. Land.sc.aDin_a. It is my understanding that our architect, Bernard Herman and Associates, has submitted a new landscaping plan. Based on a recommendation from Jim Gromberg a member of your staff took the initiative to suggest landscaping for this site. The alternative by which we have responded will hopefully be acceptable. Please advise if you have any questions in this regard. Waste Storaqe. Since this facility is designed for the fabrication of heavy metals all of the waste storage will be inside the building, therefore, not requiring a dumpster enclosure. Off Street Parkinq and Drixeways. We are requesting that the requirement for B-612 curb be waived on the south driveway along the railroad tracks. Our purpose in requesting this is for budget reasons. We have selected a corner site adjacent to the railroad tracks and a power line, therefore, not exposing this side to neighbors. 750 So.
