Per Council's dixection at ordinance <br />introduction, language has been added to Section (e) that would allow Ramsey residents to bring <br />home company Owned or leased vehicles and equipment that have been assigned to their use. A <br />copy of the current draft of the ordinance is enclosed. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The ordinance is eligible for adoption at this t/me. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />The City Staff recommends adoption of the ordinance. <br /> <br /> Council Action: <br /> <br /> Motion to: <br /> Adopt Ordinance g06- . amending Chapter 9 of the City Code regarding the parking and <br /> storing df private and commercial use vehicles. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: City Attorney <br /> <br />CC: 6/25/96 <br /> <br /> <br />
