I I I I :1 I I I I I i I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #96-07-__ RESOLUTION. APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO W.B. MILLER, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #95-11 (CONSTRUCTION OF RAMSEY BUSINESS PARK 95 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on March 28, 1995; and WHEREAS, on 'May 9, 1995, the City Council of the city of Ramsey adopted Resolution #95-05-098 awarding the bid to W.B. Miller, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project ~q95-11; and WHEREAS, previous payments have been made for Improvement Project ~t95-11 to W.B. Miller, Inc. in the amount of $308,637.35. WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected the completed work and recommends final payment to W.B. Miller, Inc. in the amount of $6,984.82. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to W.B. Miller, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project #95-11 in the amount of $6,984.82. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this final payment. 3) .4) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of July, 1996. That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this r~solution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember __ upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 9th day of July, 1996.
