I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />,I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #96-07-_ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO BONINE EXCAVATING FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #95-17 (SANITARY SEWER, WATERMAIN, STORM <br />SEWER AND STREET CONSTRUCTION FOR THE RIVERS BEND 4TH <br />ADDITION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #95-06-128 <br />approving this project on June 27, 1995; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid <br />to Bonine Excava0ng for the sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and street construction of <br />Rivers Bend 4th Addition (Improvement Project ~95-17); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, previous payments have been made for Improvement Project #95-17 to Bonine <br />Excavating in the amount of $178,862.39; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Steve Jankowski has inspected the completed work and <br />recommends final Payment to Bonine Excavating in the amount of $11,929.06. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Bonine Excavating for the sanitary <br />sewer, watermain, storm sewer and street construction of Rivers Bend 4th Addition <br />(Improvement Project #95-17) in the amount of $11,929.06. <br /> <br />2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City <br /> Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the tonal amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving paym~ent of bills <br />for the month of July, 1996. ._ <br /> <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seConded by Councilmember.__ <br />__ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 9th day of July, 1996. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
