I forwarded a copy to the City Attorney. <br /> <br />I'm sorry it's taken me so long to respond to your request to know the approximate week <br />of the assessment hearing for Project 95-14. The City Engineer expects the hearings will <br />take place at the second Council meeting of August (August 27) or the first meeting in <br />September (September 10).
