I ,I I I I I I i I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #96- RESOLUTION GRATING REVISED FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF PONDVIEW WHEREAS, Good Value Homes, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: The North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, EXCEPT the following described tract: That part of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 27 described as follows: Commeno. ing at the Southwest comer thereof; thence North on the West line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter for a distance of 418.00 feet; thence East parallel with the South line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 209.00 feet; thence South and parallel to said West line to the said South line thereof; thence West on said South line to the point of commencement. Except parcel No. 8, Anoka County Highway Right-of-Way Plat No. 16. All that part of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of'Section 27, Township 32, range 25 lying Northerly of the Northerly Right-of-way of Anoka County Highway Right-of-Way Plat No. 8. AND WHEREAS, on December 11, 1995, the City received application and sketch plan from Good Value Homes, Inc. for Pondview; and WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Commission met on December 14, 1995, and recommended trail development and cash to satisfy park dedication requirements; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on January 10, 1996, and recommended approval of the preliminary plat; and WHEREAS, the City Council met on February 13, 1996, and sent the preliminary plat for Pondview back to the Planning Commission for an additional public heating with modifications to street alignments; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a second public hearing on March 4, 1996, and recommended preliminary plat approval; and WHEREAS, the City Council met on March 12, 1996, and granted preliminary plat approval to PondView. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants revised final plat approval to Pondview in accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent upon the Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City.
