Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #96-07- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF CHESTNUT RIDGE 3RD ADDITION WHEREAS, Good Value Homes, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlot C, Chestnut Ridge 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota AND WHEREAS, on June 28, 1994, the City received application and preliminary plat from Good Value Homes, Inc. for Chestnut Ridge 2nd Addition; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on August 2, 1994, and recommended approval of the preliminary plat; and WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Commission met on August 11, 1994, and determined that the park dedication shall be satisfied with a cash payment which may be credited by the construction of transportation trails outside the boundaries of the plat at a rate to be determined by the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council met on August 22, 1994, and approved the preliminary plat for Chestnut Ridge 2nd Addition; and WHEREAS, the City Council met on August 22, 1995, and adopted Resolution g95-08- 174 granting a six-month extension to the preliminary plat approval; and WHEREAS, on December 11, 1995, the City received the proposed final plat for Chestnut Ridge 2nd Addition from Good Value Homes, Inc., and WHEREAS, on January 9, 1996 the City Council granted final plat approval to Chestnut Ridge 2nd Addition, the first 29 lots of a total of 73 approved under the preliminary plat; and WHEREAS, on March 12, I996, the City Council granted approval to a revision to the prelim/nary plat approved on August 11, 1994 to design streets north of Sunwood Drive as through streets rather than cul-de-sacs; and WHEREAS, the Developer has requested final plat approval of Chestnut Ridge 3rd Addition, the final 44 lots approved under the revised preliminary plat of August 11, 1994. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Chestnut Ridge 3rd Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes.
