I <br />,I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />,iI <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjusunent met on March 4, 1996, and conducted a public <br />hearing and granted a variance to the minimum lot size requirement for non-riparian lots to Wetland <br />2-113; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on March 4, 1996, and conducted a public <br />hearing on the preliminary plat of Sunfish Lake Estates and recommended City Council approval of <br />same; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council met on March 12, 1996 and approved the preliminary plat <br />for Sunfish Lake Estates. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants revised final plat approval to Sunfish Lake <br />Estates in,accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon the Developer entering <br />into a development agreement with the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 9th day of July, 1996. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #96-07- <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
