VotingNo: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS/PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Public Hearing for Improvement Project #96-16; the Construction of <br />Sanitary Sewer, Watermain, Storm Sewer and Streets to Fox Knoll <br />2nd Addition <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that the benefitted property owners of this project are the <br />developers of the subdivision and the entire project will be special assessed entirely to the property <br />owners. <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin adjourned the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:11 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin called the public hearing to order at 7:11 p.m.. <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to close the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
