I I I I I ;I I I I I I I I I I I I I PROPOSED ORDINANCE #96- CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA, AMENDMENT The following described property is hereby rezoned from R-1 Rural Residential to R-3 Urban Residential: Unplatted City of Ramsey, that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 1 !, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the South line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter with the centerline of State Highway No. 47 as now laid out and constructed, thence east along said South line a distance of 733 feet, thence north at a right angle to a point 300 feet south of the North line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and the actual point of beginning described herein, thence continuing north along the last described line a distance of 300 feet to the said North line, thence west along said North line to the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47, thence southerly along said centerline to the intersection with a line drawn west from the point of beginning and parallel with said South line, thence east along said para/lel line to the actual point of beginning. That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the South line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter with the centerline of St. Francis Boulevard NW (a/k/a C.S.A.H. No.47), thence east along said South line 733 feet, thence north at a right angle to a point 611 feet south of North line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, as measured along the East line of the Noah Half of the Northeast Quarter, and to the point of beginning, thence continuing north along the last described line 311 feet to a point 300 feet south of said Noah line, thence west parallel with said South line to said centerline of C.S.A.H. No. 47, thence southerly along said centerline to its intersection with a 1/ne drawn west from the point of beginning and parallel with said South line, thence east along said parallel line to the point of beginning; except road; subject to easement of record. SECTION 2. MAP The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. .SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after it's passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.04. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota the 13th day of August 1996.
