CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />VISION-EASE LENS, INC. <br /> <br />On August 13, 1996, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Vision- <br />Ease Lens, Inc., ("Pen-nittee"), whose address is to construct a 149,699 <br />square foot office and manufacturing facility ("Structure") on the property which is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, A.E.C. Energy Park 95 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />the ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to §9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval are <br />as follows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURE· Ail building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered <br />engineer or architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structure shah be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be sited and constructed on the Site <br />as shown on the Site Plan submitted by the Permittee, which Site Plan was prepared by <br />RSP Architects, Inc., and dated July 22, 1996. <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the <br />following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location <br />as shown on the Site Plan and Landscape Plan. The Required Improvements are as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Bituminous driveways, off-street parking and maneuvering areas; <br />Concrete curbing curbing around the perimeter of all bituminous surfaces except <br />that a bituminous curb will be acceptable on the west boundary of the off-street <br />parking area located west of the main entrance and no curbing shall be required <br />along the Southwest driveway beyond the property boundaries of the site; <br />Site grading in accordance with the Grading Plan prepared by Sunde Engineering, <br />Inc. dated July 19, 1996; <br />Sod and seed; <br />Establishment of plantings in accordance with the Site Plan prepared by RSP <br />Architects, and dated July 22, 1996; <br />Class 5 fire lane around the southeast comer of the Structure. <br /> <br />The ("Required Improvements)". <br /> <br />FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these <br />items on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. <br /> <br />LIGHTING. Any lighting installed on the structure or in the parking lot is subject to the <br />prior approval of the City Engineer.
