The City Administrator is authorized <br />to negotiate and represent the City of Ramsey in all <br />proceedings. <br /> <br />That if the real property as described above cannot be <br />acquired by direct negotiation, it shall be acquired by <br />eminent domain. <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authoEizes acquisition of the <br />said real property by eminent domain and to take title and <br />possession of that land prior to filing of an award by the <br />court Appointed Commissioners pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />§llT.01I alad §117.042. <br /> <br />That the city Attorney is authorized to file the necessary <br />petition therefore, and to prosecute such action to a <br />successful conclusion or until it is abandoned, dismissed or <br />terminated by the city or Court. <br /> <br />That the City Administrator is authorized to expend necessary <br />funds for appraisals of the above described real property. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoptio~k~f the/foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember ~.~%~ and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in~avor thereof: <br /> <br /> <br />
