CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />BARKELA MANUFACTURING, <br /> <br />INC. <br /> <br />On August 13, 1996, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Barkela <br />Manufacturing, Inc., ("Permittee"), whose address is to construct a <br />9,140 square foot office and manufacturing facility ("Snmcture") on the property which is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot __, Block __, Business Park 95 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />the ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to §9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval are <br />as follows: <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered <br />engineer or architect~ <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be sited and constructed on the Site <br />as shown on the Site Plan submitted by the Permittee, which Site Plan was prepared by <br />Robert Baker, Architect, and dated July 12, 1996. <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the <br />following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location <br />as shown on the Site Plan and Landscape Plan. The Required Improvements are as <br />follows: <br /> <br />fo <br /> <br />Bituminous driveways, off-street parking and maneuvering areas; <br />Concrete curbing curbing around the perimeter of all bituminous surfaces; <br />Site grading in accordance with the Grading Plan prepared by Sathre-Bergquist, <br />Inc. dated June 27, 1996; <br />S od and seed <br />Establishment of plantings in accordance with the Landscape Plan prepared by <br />Robert Baker, Architect, and dated July 12, 1996. <br />Fire lanes <br /> <br />The ("Required Improvements)". <br /> <br />FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact locadon of these <br />items on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. <br /> <br />LIGHTING. Any lighting installed on the structure or in the parldng lot is subject to the <br />pr/or approval of the City Engineer. Bulbs emitting in excess of 3,000 lumens shall be <br />completely shielded. <br /> <br />BUILDING FACADE. The Permittee agrees to construct ail building faces with a <br />combination of rock and smooth face concrete block in accordance with the Building <br />Elevations prepared by Robert Baker, Architect, dated July 12, 1996. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />1 <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
