James Gromberg, Economic Development Coordinator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At the July 23, 1996 meeting, Council introduced an ordinance renaming Uranium Street <br />NW to Unity NW in Business Park 95 Addition. This request came from Trend Scientific, <br />a company that makes medical testing kits for clinical use and the repackaging of medical <br />products for distribution. Council agTeed that this type of business may be adversely <br />affected with a Uranium Street address. <br /> <br />Currently, the Trend Scientific facility is the only property that will be effected by this <br />change.
