MAYOR/COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />RESCHEDULE SEPTEMBER 10, 1996 COUNCIL MEETING <br /> By: Jo Thieling, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you are aware, the City cannot hold a meeting on the same date as the State Primary Election, <br />which this year is September 10, 1996. Staff is requesting reschecluling the meeting for Monday, <br />September 9.
