She oxplained that a church was not allowed in the R-1 zoning and was allowed in the R-3 <br />zoning; therefore, New Life Church has applied for rezoning. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Leonard Simon, 17349 St. Francis Boulevard, explained they had a fire about a month ago and were in <br />the process of rebuilding. He stated he bordered the property on the North and East and welcomed a <br />church next to tlXem. Mr. Simon asked if the rezoning would be to allow a church only. Ms. Frolik <br />responded in the _affirmative. Mr. Simon explained they were horse owners and had some safety <br />concerns.
