Ms. Frolik explained that those types of issues <br />are reviewed during the site plan review process for the actual construction. <br /> <br />Commissioner Thorud asked if there would be living facilities in the church. The applicant stated there <br />would not be any living facilities. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Holland to recommend the City <br />Council adopt tho Findings of Fact as amended. <br /> <br />Motion can'ied. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer suggested that New Life Church take over the maintenance of Trott Brook <br />Cemetery when this is approved. Commissioner LaDue stated that was irrelevant at tNs point. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to recommend that City <br />Council rezone property from R-1 Rural Residential to R-3 Urban Residential. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, LaDue, Holland, Jensen, <br />Terry, and Thorud. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Commissioner Holland asked when a site plan would be completed. The applicant stated approximately <br />twelve months. Commissioner Holland asked if this was a long-range plan.
