She explained the applicant has requested an <br />interim use permit for a temporary structure in wtfich to operate their business while the permanent <br />structure is under development. <br /> <br />C~N INPUT <br /> <br />Terry Henctrickson, 15631 R~m.qey Boulevard, explained that businesses were beneficial to the City <br />through taxes and the increase in jobs. Mr. Hendrickson stated that by approving this temporary <br />structure, the City would be creating a significant competitive advantage to this bank, as there is <br />another bank being developed across the street. /vfi-. Hendrickson cautioned the Commission of <br />g/ring unfair advantages to businesses, <br /> <br />Jim Connelly, 16235 Kamacite Street, asked ff ~e land has been ~ransrerred to the bank. Kev'in <br />Johnson, of Johnson Holddngs, P.O.
