PRESENTATION ZorSng Aclmiu/strator Sylvia Frolik explained Johnson Holdings, Inc. received site plan approval Io con_qr~ct and operate a bank on the subject property. She explained the applicant has requested an interim use permit for a temporary structure in wtfich to operate their business while the permanent structure is under development. C~N INPUT Terry Henctrickson, 15631 R~m.qey Boulevard, explained that businesses were beneficial to the City through taxes and the increase in jobs. Mr. Hendrickson stated that by approving this temporary structure, the City would be creating a significant competitive advantage to this bank, as there is another bank being developed across the street. /vfi-. Hendrickson cautioned the Commission of g/ring unfair advantages to businesses, Jim Connelly, 16235 Kamacite Street, asked ff ~e land has been ~ransrerred to the bank. Kev'in Johnson, of Johnson Holddngs, P.O. Box 250, Isanfl, ~:plained that the terms of the agreement stated there would be no land transfer until the bank development was completed.
